Monday, September 21, 2026 Comox Valley Horticultural Society: Meeting at Florence Filberg Centre, Courtenay and on Zoom. Doors open at 6.30pm and the meeting starts at 7.15. Prizes for the Great Potato Growing Competition will be awarded. The guest speaker, Allison Luke, Principal Instructor of the Horticulture Training Program at UBC Botanical Garden, will speak on urban forestry. Advanced registration for Zoom is required for both members and non-members. Current members will receive a separate Zoom invitation. To register for Zoom visit the website at www.comoxvalleyhortsociety.ca by 5:00 pm on Friday, Sept. 18, as it requires two days to process. Zoom registration for non members is $5.50.
